Recently, I had an opportunity to contribute to Deseret Book’s “Magnify the Good” podcast. When a friend invited me to share my thoughts, I eagerly accepted.
Participating in this podcast conversation prompted me to pause and reflect on the significance of humility. After the full episode was released, I found myself resonating with the insights shared by all contributors.
One key realization for me is that humility requires hope—the belief that change and improvement are attainable through help, not just effort.
Too often, I find myself trapped in the belief that I cannot change, or that I have to do it all myself, leading to a cycle of self-imposed isolation and the façade of perfection.
However, through this podcast, I was reminded of the necessity of hope in fostering genuine growth and transformation. While I acknowledge that I still have much to learn and improve upon, this experience has been instrumental in encouraging me to embrace hope and openness to change.
Thank you for your continued support and encouragement on this journey of self-discovery and growth. I hope you find this conversation as enriching and thought-provoking as I did.
